1. Service

VIDHAPI provides AI video generation via VIDU Q3 Pro on a pay-as-you-go credit basis. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Credits

Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when you start a generation. If a generation fails on our side, the credits for that job are automatically refunded to your balance. Credits do not expire.

3. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate. Do not generate unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of others. You must comply with all applicable laws.

4. Content ownership & retention

You are responsible for downloading and storing your generated videos. Outputs may be removed from our servers after a limited retention period.

5. Availability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change or discontinue features at any time.
