Failed generations
If a video generation fails on our side, the credits used for that job are automatically returned to your account balance. You can verify this in your Credits History.
Purchased credits
Credit purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical problem, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll review your case.
